By using the EasyPeasy mobile application ("the App"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EasyPeasy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE: EasyPeasy uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate recipes and meal plans. AI can make mistakes.

Accuracy: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or safety of any recipe generated by the App.
Safety: Always use your own judgment when cooking. Verify that ingredients are safe for your consumption, especially if you have allergies or dietary restrictions.
Liability: You assume all risks associated with the use of the recipes provided. EasyPeasy is not responsible for any injury, illness, or damage resulting from the use of its content.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. Automated scraping or abuse of the AI generation features is strictly prohibited.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium Features: Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store.
Billing: Payments will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Cancellations: You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

5. Intellectual Property

The App's interface, branding, and original content are the property of EasyPeasy. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
